You'll have to do this for the second printer for the first time, until both printers are connected to your network. It should prompt for the network SSID and password, then follow the instructions. You should be able to install the printer using the Dell Printer disk, on the first system, choose new installation, network and follow the instructions. Start, control panel, programs and features(add/remove programs) your printer, uninstall. Make sure the printer is not usb cable connected. I would run Delete Print Jobs to remove stuck print job(s) from the queue, then restart your computer. You'll have to remove the printers from the computer(s) and on one system, install the printer as new. I would make a new SSID to make connecting easier. Try using these Recommended Wireless Router Settings I use channel 11.
